Size: Tiny Martian Risk: nil, except for day trippers from Kos for an hour or so
We were once accused by the Greek Tourist Office of offering islands they had never heard of; Pserimos is one of them! A handful of good, sandy beaches, a small selection of tavernas, fresh fish the main speciality, a tiny population greatly outnumbered by their goats, it is worth a few days visit just to experience a real, get away from it all, island. Just over an hour from neighbouring Kalymnos it is probably best twinned with it for a holiday visit. Just the place to unwind completely yet only a few hours away from the UK.
Nikos and Anna will welcome you to this delightful family run establishment slap bang on the beach of the tiny village. The accent will be more Darwin than you might expect, in spite of their Greek origins! The hospitality just overwhelming
